I hate Italian Custard Cream. Attempt 4 was still a failure. On the bright side I'm going to Carlo's Bakery on Friday. Maybe I can ask them for some tips on what I am doing wrong? Oh, and Happy New Year everyone. Hope 2011 is awesome!

ReplyDeletei want to make it too, but the directions in the book seem a little sketchy to me. im tempted to pick up the phone and call and ask them about it, but knowing how busy they are it would probably be a pointless attempt. what person is actually going to give away all their secrets anyways. if you make it successfully please post. i will be book marking this blog!
